NHC Tour members only are eligible to qualify to the annual final at Bally’s Las Vegas.
The 2019 NHC Tour Champion won $800,000 and an Eclipse Award as Horseplayer of the Year.

Rules governing the January 25 & January 26, 2020 Otto/MEGA Handicapping Challenge:
Rule 1. Enter November 1, 2019 – January 25, 2020. Enter at the Fonner Keno service counter. No entries taken January 26, 2020.
Rule 2. As per IRS regulations, an entrant may have to complete a W-2G prior to collecting any winnings that meet W-2G requirements
Rule 3. The required beginning account balance is $200 and no funds may be added to the account other than via winning wagers.
Rule 4. If you wish to withdraw your challenge balance, please do so at the KENO service window that processed your entry.
Rule 5. To withdraw your challenge balance, you must surrender your account card and produce positive identification.
Rule 6. It is not necessary to withdraw your account funds immediately after the final challenge race; you may withdraw at a later date, or we will make other arrangements if necessary. (Upon surrender of your account card and a copy of positive identification).
Rule 7. An official account card and simulcast program will be distributed to each entrant on January 25 prior to the first challenge race. The first challenge race will be the first race presented among the racetracks on the Fonner Park daily simulcast schedule of racetracks; at approximately 10:30 am CST, January 25, 2020. Challenge ends after the final simulcast race from California on Sunday, January 26.
Rule 8. Challenge wagers must be made at designated challenge mutual windows only; located in Fonner Keno
Rule 9. Contestants must make a minimum of one wager to be eligible for prizes. Contestants are limited to two entries for this challenge.
Rule 10. All wager types, excluding P5 & P6 wagers, are permitted. The amount of the wager(s) is limited only to the balance in your account. Wagers must be placed only on racetracks that are on the Fonner Park daily simulcast schedule.
Rule 11. Challenge standings are based on account balances and will be updated and displayed on designated television monitors.
Rule 12. Prize payouts to the top-eight finishers will be distributed upon conclusion of the challenge. This distribution will be made at the Keno service window that processed your entry. Your account card and positive identification will be required. Total entry fees/prize money divided as follows: 1st – 50%, 2nd – 25%, 3rd, 10%, 4th – 5%, 5th – 4%, 6th – 3%, 7th – 2%, 8th – 1%
