TRPB DIGITAL TATTOO - 2024 Update - Fonner Park Sign up for tattooing at Fonner Park race office, and list the horse’s name, barn number, your name and cell phone number. A Digital Tattoo™ is required for any horse that is planning to make their first lifetime start at Fonner Park. Effective January 1, 2024, the Digital Tattoo™ fee is $106 which MUST be in your account at Fonner Park prior to the TRPB® Technician performing the work. Payment can also be made by Credit Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The TRPB® Technician at Fonner Park is Donnie Frazier 308-379-5338.
